Gouda cheese is a Dutch yellow cheese made from cow's milk. It is named after the city of Gouda in the Netherlands. One of the most popular cheeses worldwide. This variant is Young (aged at least 4 weeks) with cumin seed and has a lightly fudgy with nuts, but very, very mild flavor and is very aromatic thanks to cumin. Young Gouda cheese is typically used on sandwiches, either cold or melted. The cheese is vacuum packed to keep it fresh and is safe for transportation. Keep refrigirated when opened.
