Punselie's are extremly delicious crispy syrup biscuits with a caramel layer. These cookies are being made since 1872 (almost 140 years) in a Dutch city of Gouda by a bakers family Punselie. Nowadays they are often served onboad at KLM.
The cookies are free from cow's milk, chicken egg, nuts & peanuts (oil) and lactose which makes them suitable for people with food allergies and vegetarians.
Only 100% vegetable oil is used when making the Punselie's cookies.
Serving tip: Place a Punselie's cookie on a bord and warm it up in the microwave for 10 sec. at 700 watt. Enjoy your heavenly (warm) Punselie cookie!
