This wok/wadjan* (stir fry) pan from Tefal has a hard, scratch resistant outer side with an enamel layer. It also features a very solid, enviromental friendly non-stick layer. Another handy feature is a so called thermo-spot which colors red when the ideal stir-frying temperature is reached. The pan is suitable for all sources of heat, except induction, and is easy to clean.
