Avocado is a thick (custard-ish) drink made from eggs. The thicker version is made from the egg yolkes, the more thin version from full eggs. It contains 14% alcohol and is usually consumed with whipcream.
It is also delicious to spoon just like that or to make desserts with, for example to top ice cream or chocolate custard.
Shake well before use. Store dark and at room temperature.
Due to the use of natural ingredients, after opening it can be kept for 6 months.
