It melts quicker and flows better than a regular chocolate. The whole bar is divided into handy blocks of 25g and 10g, so you don't need the kitchen scales!
This is how you melt the cooking chocolate:
1) Place a saucepan in a pan with hot water. The water shouldn't boil.
2) Put the needed quantity of cooking chocolate in the saucepan.
3) Stir till it is completely melted. Ready to use!
